Inside Sales and Marketing Assistant

The ideal candidate is a confident self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position combines, inside sales, order entry/tracking (CRM/ERP), customer service, international communications/shipping, and marketing support.

Responsibilities
· Support regional management and outside sales staff, along with new and existing customers. Generate quotes, enter orders/invoices, navigate/create international shipping documents, and offer customer service with strong organization and communication. Attention to detail is imperative for success.
· Coordinate with account managers in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa)
· Place orders with production sites in China and India
· Work with management and the global sales and marketing team to organize trade fairs and events (in the EMEA region). Manage local logistics (hotels, forms, shipping, printing, etc.). With oversite, help update and maintain marketing materials, supplies, promo items, etc.. Assist to drive information and campaigns to our customers.
· Enter, update, and maintain CRM information regarding leads, prospects, and opportunities. ERP experience also recommended.
· Support with the evaluation and reporting as needed, as well as other general administrative tasks.

Qualifications
· Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on foreign trade
· International experience with clients and colleagues (1+ year preferred)
· Strong skills with MS Office products, as well as ERP and CRM systems
· Open, engaging personality, with a teamwork approach
· At least 1 – 3 years of inside or outside sales experience (preferred)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English. More foreign language experience is welcome.
· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work. Candidate will be Independent, accurate and reliable. Strong team mentality a must.
