Alex Hofmeyr Joins Phocos as Director of Sales for the Middle East and Africa

The Phocos Group is honored to introduce Alex Hofmeyr as our new Phocos Director of Sales for the Middle East and Africa.  His thorough understanding of sustainable development and rural electrification will play a significant role in his success.  Alex has already proven he can spearhead winning collaborations in a relatively short timeframe.

With 20 years of managing sales and business development in the African market, Alex brings vast expertise to the Phocos Group.  During his career, he also headed up the MEA region for manufacturers in the renewable energy generation, storage, and power electronics industries.  Dean Middleton, Phocos COO stated, “His experience, market knowledge, and unparalleled drive is a perfect combination to support our growing customer base.”  Dean adds, “His leadership in the region with strategic development, management of distribution channels, and project implementation, will help bring Phocos solutions to more people so they can gain energy independence and improve their quality of life.”
