A Message From The CEO

A message from the CEO regarding Phocos‘ stance on global social equality:

“You can’t be neutral on a moving train” – Howard Zinn

The Executive team at Phocos would like to step back from our usual day-to-day working lives to acknowledge that there is a movement underway that was initiated in the US and is quickly spreading to the world at large. We are speaking of course of the millions of people around the world who are courageously standing up to fight racism and social inequality in all forms. It is easy for us, as a company, to concentrate our efforts on what we do best, while staying out of political commentary. However, the present movement to end racial injustice in our world is about much more than politics. It is a fight for basic human decency and one that Phocos is not willing to remain on the sidelines for any longer. Not now and never again in the future. While many of you may know us as a company of Engineers, Salespeople, and Marketing professionals, we are first and foremost a company of human beings and responsible stewards of our planet. As such, we are writing this message to anyone who cares to read it to clarify Phocos’ stance on global social equality. 

We at Phocos have made diversity the founding principle of our entire business for 20-years and counting. We stand for a just, equal world for people of all colors, genders, ethnicities and creeds. We stand in opposition to all acts of discrimination, violence, and social inequality in any form on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, age, and/or religion. We stand in proud support of the millions of people around the world who fight for social equality every day. We stand today because change begins now and not someday in the future.

With that said, we continue our mission to electrify the world while exhausting every effort to do our part to support social equality throughout the entirety of our business. We hope you stand with us!
